Active contracts now show a term bar on the Lifecycle card. You can see how far through its term a contract is and when the next deadline falls.

• The whole term at a glance: The bar runs from the Start Date to the End Date, with markers for today and, if the contract has a Notice Term, the Latest Day for Cancellation. Hover over a marker to see its date.
• Deadlines in plain words: A line under the bar names the next deadline and counts the days left, for example "Notice due in 42 days (15 Mar 2026) · Term ends 15 Jun 2026".
• A warning in time: The bar turns orange as a deadline gets close. It warns at the same time as the deadline's Reminder, or 90 days ahead if there's no Reminder. If a deadline has no Reminder at all, the bar tells you with "No reminder set".
• Spot outdated contracts: If a contract is still Active after its End Date has passed, the bar tells you so and shows how to update the record.
• Open Ended contracts: These show how long the contract has been running instead of a bar. If the contract has a Notice Term, you also see the earliest end date if notice were given today.

The term bar appears in View mode on Active contracts, and everyone who can see the contract sees the same bar.

You can now narrow the Events & Reminders dashboard to the contracts and Events that matter to you. We've added two new filters.

• Filter by Contract Status: A new Contract Status filter sits next to the Business Unit filter. Tick the statuses you want to see. It narrows the KPI cards, the calendar and the events table.
• Filter the calendar by Event Type: In the calendar's top bar, choose which Event Types to show: Start Date, End Date, Latest Day for Cancellation and Custom. For example, show only End Date and Latest Day for Cancellation to see which contracts are ending and which you need to cancel in time. The calendar and the events table follow your choice, and Trackado remembers it for your next visit.
• Use them together: The Business Unit, Contract Status and Event Type filters all combine. For example, you can see Latest Day for Cancellation Events for active contracts in one Business Unit.

Please note: Archived, Superseded and Reversed contracts are now hidden by default.

Events from these contracts no longer appear on the dashboard unless you tick those statuses in the Contract Status filter. As a result, the numbers on your KPI cards may be lower than before. Terminated and Expired contracts are still shown, so follow-up work after a contract ends stays visible. Reminders work as before.

When adding a contract to Trackado, we will now analyze and extract key information from the document, such as a the title, relevant dates, parties, and more. You can highlight and review the extracted attributes in the document and then conveniently use them when maintaining and storing a contract in the repository.

We will gradually add even more features and AI functionality to the tool to make your life even easier when maintaining contracts in Trackado. So stay tuned!
